It used to be called Prime 47 and now it’s called Prime Cincinnati, but no matter the name, it’s still one of the hottest places to eat in downtown Cincinnati.
With a new, expanded menu and fresh new décor, Prime Cincinnati will continue to serve up the best in steak, seafood and wine. Executive Chef Shawn Heine is shipping in fresh fish from Hawaii daily – ordered just the morning before and received within 24 hours. Selections will include Japanese sushi-grade tuna, swordfish and opah. The restaurant will continue to focus on their USDA Prime meat choices, but also will include offerings like roasted duck and Osso Buco, in case you or your dining companions aren’t feeling surf or turf.
Prime Cincinnati will be open for lunch, with a menu that will change seasonally. Pastas are the focus for fall, and you can half-order them with soup or salad. New items such as fish and steak tacos will join the always popular burger choices, complete with jumbo tater tots served with cheddar cheese beer cheese or bacon with sour cream and chives.
The remodel will feature art from Cincinnati artist Carlos Navarro and city photography from Steven Thomas. Prime Cincinnati is also partnering with local nonprofits to bring in new art.
Next summer you can look forward to one of the dining rooms opening up to the patio, for that al fresco dining experience as well as an expanded bar. They are very excited to be creating a wine wall to emphasize their new wine list. Want the VIP experience? The VIP dining room will be walled off by one-way glass that will give you privacy while you dine but the fun of checking out the main dining room.
Fabulous food, impeccable service and a fresh new look…that’s why you should make your reservation for Prime Cincinnati whenever you’re in town.
